Dear River Club Residents,
With the installation of the new Litchfield By The Sea Security Program there is a revision to the past practice of allowing contractors/vendors and delivery services access to the River Club. Individual owners will no longer be able to create permanent guest lists. Lists of frequent contractors/vendors has been created and will be maintained by Waccamaw Management.
Below are the current lists based on information supplied by the gate guards and residents. These are contractors/vendors that come to residences on a regular basis without having a specific appointment with the homeowner such as a yard maintenance company. Vendors/contractors, such as a plumber, who is contacted by a resident for a scheduled visit, will not be given permanent access." Residents should use the website lbts.gatehouseportal.com
